The Center of Activities Supporting Clients

The Tokyo office, functioning as the headquarters, is the largest base supporting our clients. The network department responsible for network services and data centers, the development department responsible for the introduction and operation of our business package, the sales department covering the entire eastern Japan including the Kanto region, and the support department handling operations and help desk 365 days a year all closely collaborate on one floor, contributing to our customers' businesses day and night.

Osaka Office

Supporting the "Operations" of Western Japan Chain Companies

The Osaka office was established in 2005. There is no vertical division between the sales and development departments, and we strive with the motto "Everyone works together." Now, we are doing business with about 40 companies (about 6,000 stores) from Nagoya to Kyushu. The mission of the Osaka office is to continuously develop and provide unique services tailored to the operations of approximately 700 chain companies in Western Japan. Based on the "business spirit" cultivated through unique business customs not found in Tokyo, we will continue to grow.

Sapporo Office

Development Base for Systems Operating in 70,000 Stores

The Sapporo office serves as a development base for systems supporting the operations of chain store companies deployed nationwide, developing systems used by 1,200 companies and 70,000 stores across the country. While being a development site, we can listen to customer feedback and understand business content before engaging in system development. Sometimes, leveraging that know-how, we plan, propose, and manufacture ourselves, incorporating it into packages and services. At the same time, we are also actively working on new technologies.

Providing ICT Platforms Specialized for Chain Stores Since 1994

GulfNet was founded in 1994 in Akihabara. As a venture company, we commercialized creative ideas and established ourselves as a solution vendor with expertise in the distribution retail industry. We provide a comprehensive ICT platform for chain store companies, including system infrastructure, business systems, information applications, and help desk services.
This ICT platform, "Business Based Platform (BBP)," has continuously supported the management of client companies by incorporating new technologies and responding to changes in the social environment since its inception. It is currently being refreshed as a platform centered on AI and continues to evolve.

In Japan, we provide optimal services to our clients from three bases: the Tokyo headquarters serving eastern Japan, the Osaka office serving western Japan, and the Sapporo office as a development base. Additionally, we are expanding new services not only to chain store companies in Japan but also to chain store companies overseas (in Asia).

We will continue to provide optimal products, services, and solutions that companies seek at that time through the BBP platform, looking to the future.
